Keto Gulab Jamun- Sugar Free!
This melt-in-mouth keto sweet is one dish that is always a killer - and Sugar Swap’s keto version is no less!
Makes 15 soft, yummy-licious Gulab Jamuns!
Directions:
- Keto Gulab Jamun:
1. Add 1tsp ghee / olive oil to the Sugar Swap Gulab Jamun premix & mix.
2. Add 1 tbsp milk of your choice or water to the premix & knead it into a soft dough.
3. Make 15 small balls.
4. Fry them in oil/ghee on low flame till golden brown.
- Syrup:
1. Add 1 cup Sugar Swap Keto Sweetener / Sugar Swap Xylitol into 1 cup of water (for best results use Sugar Swap Xylitol).
2. Boil, add cardamom powder & keep aside.
3. Put the Sugar Swap Keto Gulab Jamuns in the hot syrup.
4. Cover with a lid & keep aside for 10min.
5. Serve hot or cold.
